StrepApp 1.7

StrepApp is an application designed for the collection of anonymized images of a study subject's throat when suspecting Group A Streptococcus (GAS) pharyngitis. The images, along with corresponding laboratory test results, are securely uploaded to a remote database for storage and reference. To maintain confidentiality, the app is password-protected, ensuring that only authorized users can capture and upload images. The remote database stores only the patient's age and gender, with no other Personally Identifiable Information (PHI) being retained.
